A banker and an entrepreneur by profession. Peter is a chartered Banker, holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from MANCOSA and several post-graduate Banking qualifications. He is the team leader and his roles are Sales and Administration.

Peter is also Director and ultimate Shareholder (Sole shareholder of Tigawani Holding Limited).
DIRECTOR

Tamandani is a seasoned banker. She holds 20% shareholding and is a Director responsible for Risk, Compliance and Operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA.

A Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and Institute of Marketing Malawi (MIMM) and holder of MSc in Strategic Management - University of Derby (UK), Bachelor's in Business Administration and Cert CII. Masiye is an accomplished and experienced marketer with over 19 years continuous postgraduate experience, spanning across different industries, ranging from Entertainment, Telecoms, Insurance, FMCGs and Banking. He is versatile, analytical and hard working young man, with practical hands-on approach to 360 degree marketing management.

Rev. Fr. John Ng'oma is an Anglican Priest and a seasoned administrator. He is  also a board member for a number of local and international organizations and serves as a Global Trustee for a reputable international organization. He mostly like to serve in local organizations so that they can grow and become great organizations. He is a holder of a University Certificate in Education, Diploma in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Master’s Degree in Theology and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate Degree in Theology. He believes that perfection, hard work, integrity, transparency and accountability are very important attributes for organizations to grow. These plus Human Resource are his responsibilities in the business.
